Transit & Parking:
The clinic is a 10 minute walk north from the Broadway / Commercial Drive Skytrain station and near bus #20 routes (Victoria Drive / Downtown). There is free 2 hour parking along Grant Street and 1 block East is Victoria park where there’s free parking around the perimeter. A paid private parking lot is also across the street from The Green Heritage House (any of the spots that do not belong to the BC Liquor store).
Cancellation policy
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the therapist’s day that could have been filled by another patient as well as a loss of income for the practitioner. As such, we require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, may be charged the full appointment fee.
